Larry Cate - Our new CFO
Has over 20 years of Financial and Hospitality management experience. Extensive experience with start-up and distressed operations and interaction with " Big Four " firms . A comprehensive knowledge of financial planning and analysis, budgeting , and cost controls. A consistent track record of streamlining processes resulting in significant cost reductions. And a very high level of technical knowledge relating to current hardware , software, telecommunications,and POS systems.
He has been Director of Finance for Planet Hollywood International, Controller for Hard Rock Cafe , Race Track International , and has operated his own restaurant consulting firm working with many well known names in the restaurant business.

· Hard Rock Park organizational setup for $370M theme park. Focus on park wide system design, selection and implementation. SEC reporting. Treasury management for $305 M bond offering.
